We set down funding and buyout proposals, so we clearly focus our main vision of increasing efficiency of HR operations = HR Success without diversions. And it worked well for us. Within one years of launch, we interrupted the Indian HR market-beating all the well-funded opponents and attains tall as a benchmark for the rest.
